Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic leader responsible for managing essential operational, healthcare, wellness, and public health-related programs within XWELL's portfolio.

• Provide leadership, support, and oversight for additional company initiatives and special projects as designated.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Clinical Services, Compliance, Technology, People, and Executive Leadership teams.

• Accountable for program governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Build and sustain productive relationships with government agencies, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.

• Supervise all necessary CDC reporting activities, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

• Work with internal teams to guarantee consistent application of program processes and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field is required.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, operations, public health, clinical services, program management, or similar industries.

• Experience collaborating with federal agencies, public health organizations, or regulatory bodies is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record in managing complex programs from planning through to execution and performance management.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in developing and interpreting operational and regulatory reports.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, reporting platforms, and data management systems.
