This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the management of Division-specific tasks carried out by the Division Program Directors across all participating DOJ components.
• Act as the primary coordination point for shared efforts and resources across various Divisions.
• Conduct monthly meetings with each COR for Division-level in-progress reviews (IPRs).
• Participate in other periodic meetings as necessary, including joint sessions with all CORs and the Contracting Officer.
• Establish the contract management framework to ensure effective handling of requirements that span multiple Divisions.
• Be available with short notice for in-person meetings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Must be able to obtain and sustain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance before beginning employment (candidates do not need to be cleared at the time of application).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Capability to operate effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Extensive senior management experience in coordinating large, multi-component litigation support or IT services programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge in litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior Government stakeholders, CORs, and the Contracting Officer.
• Proven ability to coordinate efforts and resources across multiple organizations simultaneously.
• Must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and be available at short notice for in-person meetings.
