This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full accountability for contract and program performance, encompassing strategy, execution, and compliance.

• Manage and supervise program activities across PMO, Security, Infrastructure, Help Desk, Data, and BA/Test teams.

• Lead projects that require multitasking and coordination across various disciplines, ensuring alignment of resources, adherence to timelines, and quality outcomes.

• Provide oversight for administrative and fiscal management, including control over funds and resource utilization.

• Oversee both technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers.

• Set schedules, enforce work standards, and address work discrepancies.

• Act as the primary liaison to CMS, ensuring proactive communication, coordination, and responsiveness.

• Negotiate tasks, clarify requirements, and resolve issues with CMS, issuers, auditors, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Manage and assess subcontractor activities, ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to timelines.

• Oversee vendor management and collections operations, which includes handling financial data, billing, payment tracking, outreach, and compliance coordination.

• Operate within a cybersecurity-compliant, FedRAMP-certified environment utilizing Salesforce, AWS, Bulk API processes, secure data exchanges, and external integrations.

• Maintain detailed program documentation.

• Supervise the development of user training, communications, webinars, and outreach materials.

• Support operational metrics reporting, help desk analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Enhance data-driven program integrity and FWA detection capabilities.

• Promote operational maturity through streamlined processes, automation, and scalable frameworks.

• Strengthen strategic partnerships with CMS and key stakeholders.

• Counsel CRISP division and CMS Sector leadership on policy developments, industry trends, competitive intelligence, risks, and strategic opportunities.

• Align CRISP initiatives with the larger CMS Sector roadmap.

• Foster innovation by identifying new capabilities, tools, and methods.

• Recognize interdependencies between CRISP initiatives and CMS Sector priorities to optimize resource allocation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 20 years of senior management experience in overseeing large-scale, multitask projects within regulated environments.

• More than 15 years of experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services programs, ACA risk adjustment operations, RADV, audit processes, and multi-vendor ecosystems.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Experience in supervising and managing technical personnel.

• Proven experience in enforcing standards, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality deliverables.

• Strong written, verbal, listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.

• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

• Must have resided in the United States for at least three out of the last five years.

• No work visa sponsorship available.

• Experience with Salesforce and AWS is preferred.

• PMP certification is preferred; in-progress certifications are acceptable.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred; in-progress certifications are acceptable.
