Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee delivery teams and define the strategic direction of the program.

• Cultivate client relationships and act as the primary decision-maker for the program.

• Manage and mentor team members while leading through direct reports.

• Utilize structured project management and process methodologies to fulfill contract, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

• Communicate and align with program and company objectives.

• Lead conflict resolution while achieving revenue targets and ensuring compliance with contracts.

• Monitor program performance in technical, contractual, administrative, and financial domains.

• Coordinate program activities across various initiatives.

• Establish and maintain robust client relationships.

• Oversee planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and achievement of gross profit.

• Transform client vision into actionable project activities, outcomes, and metrics.

• Provide strategic guidance and direction to clients.

• Manage contractual commitments and outputs from subcontracting partners.

• Identify issues and conflicts, negotiating favorable resolutions.

• Collaborate with technical and growth leaders to spot and pursue growth opportunities.

• Create strategic program plans and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Manage hiring, performance evaluations, timecard reviews, PTO management, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder - sponsorship is not available.

• Must have resided in the US for a minimum of the last 3 years.

• Must meet the qualifications to hold a Public Trust position, including the successful completion of a US Government background check.

• Use of medical or recreational marijuana may impact eligibility for Public Trust.

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience required.

• At least 5 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.

• Familiarity with Federal Contract execution is necessary.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Software Development.

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client services organization.

• Proven experience in sales within a client services context.
