This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Gathers, integrates, and evaluates data to create Water Management Programs.
• Cultivates and sustains relationships with both internal and external customers by leveraging expertise in water management and team collaboration.
• Produces Water Management Program documentation in collaboration with regional and corporate sales teams, including direct interaction with clients.
• Aids in documenting site information, Water Management Programs, meeting notes to capture team decisions, and internal meetings to create thorough project records.
• Performs water system assessments for the development of Water Management Programs of various sizes and applications.
• Oversees project timelines to guarantee timely delivery of Water Management Program outputs.
• Employs internal quality assurance processes to ensure that Water Management Program documentation is robust.
• Assists clients with water management training.
• Continuously engages in learning to remain informed about industry standards and best practices.
• If workload permits, this position will also assist with Water Management Program reassessments.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and team facilitation skills.
• Proficient in asking clarifying and confirming questions, listening, and guiding group discussions to establish action plans.
• Willingness to operate in urgent and/or emergent situations, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Self-driven and self-directed with a "can do" attitude.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Adaptable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning new concepts.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and promoting a diverse workplace.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Must possess advanced skills in using personal computers and related software applications, including intermediate knowledge of the following software products: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
