This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of business and technology advisors working with a global client in the financial sector.
• Comprehend client business drivers and objectives to promote innovation, transformation, and ongoing improvement.
• Align strategic business needs of clients with Ensono's capabilities and spearhead multi-year transformation projects.
• Facilitate architecture, features, functions, migration, and planning governance in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop reference architecture frameworks, templates, and target-state architecture designs alongside client business and technical teams.
• Supervise Program Portfolio Managers along with associated people-management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with C-suite and client transformation executives to lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration efforts.
• Create board-ready proposals and value-focused business cases.
• Drive architectural planning, execution strategies, and roadmaps with cross-functional technology specialists.
• Oversee client transitions, including colocation transitions and public cloud implementations, ensuring consistency in steady-state operations.
• Manage extensive migration projects through assessment, planning, and execution phases.
• Conduct discovery sessions, assessments, solution-development workshops, and solution-development meetings.
• Design and document solutions that meet both technical and business requirements, emphasizing transformation and re-platforming.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences to gain executive approval.
• Serve as a trusted operational advisor through consultation and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and Program Management on product enhancements and technology roadmap adjustments.
• Report on budget achievements, expenditures, and cost savings for key initiatives.
• Proven experience in planning and leading large-scale enterprise IT change-management programs focused on transformation and migration.
• Background in designing, building, and managing global IT infrastructure and cloud solutions and services.
• Established program leadership and management experience in complex business or IT transformation settings.
• Outstanding business acumen to comprehend and shape client transformation projects.
• 15 years of experience as a technology leader in the hosting and cloud domain, ideally with a service provider or cloud MSP.
• At least 7 years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise IT, consulting, engineering/development, transformation, and migrations.
• Experience in delivering enterprise IT professional services and cloud migrations and services.
• Credibility with C-suite executives, board members, technology leaders, engineers, and development teams.
• Ability to share knowledge across the organization and promote teamwork.
• Capacity to work effectively in both internal and external team settings, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities.
• Competence to develop, implement, manage, and drive initiatives through influence among senior and client stakeholders.
• A proven track record of ownership and achieving results.
• Capability to lead and collaborate with diverse organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure, as well as hybrid solutions is preferred.
• Self-directed, results-oriented approach.

• Ability to challenge the status quo with compelling insights and data while fostering collaborative relationships.
• Willingness to accommodate 20% travel as required within the United States.
