This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Assists in the planning and coordination of NCS’ transaction management field assessments, which involve complex interdependencies and various stakeholders.
• Offers administrative support for the ongoing implementation and organization of field recommendations in collaboration with leadership.
• Works together on the development and execution of program enhancements as needed to adapt to evolving requirements and needs.
• Organizes and coordinates program deliverables, including roadmaps, plans, content, and timelines for delivery.
• Tracks and communicates the status of the program to the team to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Utilizes expertise in process implementation and AI automation to create streamlined processes that improve team cohesion and efficiency.
• Collaborates with Organizational Change Management to facilitate better adoption.
• Upholds advocacy for the Steering Committee and ensures cross-functional program alignment.
• Proven success in coordinating complex projects within the area of functional expertise.
• Excellent skills in planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal relations.
• Familiarity with current technologies and methodologies to effectively plan and communicate with project teams and sponsors.
• Self-driven and proactive individual.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while concentrating on immediate assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in title insurance transactions is preferred.
