This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee projects and business initiatives from initiation through implementation and deployment.
• Assist in project planning, prioritization, and alignment with business goals and operational impact.
• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, staffing strategies, and status reports.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies across various initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other business partners.
• Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level project updates, presentations, and reporting documents.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and established procedures.
• Aid in change management efforts, including communication planning, training coordination, and tracking of adoption.
• Oversee project budgets, resource distribution, and operational KPIs.
• Identify risks, actively pursue issue resolution, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, including action logs, meeting minutes, change requests, and risk registers.
• Support post-implementation reviews and highlight opportunities for ongoing process enhancement.
• Assist Program Managers in coordinating multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Several years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management, or business operations.
• Proven experience in supporting multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced business setting.
• Strong grasp of project planning, scheduling, reporting, and governance principles.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and business teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Experience in supporting change management and business transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred.
