This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide high-level programmatic, operational, and administrative assistance to the leadership of ASAPconnect.
• Oversee project and field operations, office services, and procedural activities.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for projects.
• Make autonomous operational decisions on a daily basis.
• Manage project responsibilities in collaboration with the Manager.
• Organize team events, meeting schedules, logistics, and take meeting notes.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings for employees and partners.
• Lead segments of virtual meetings when suitable.
• Manage annual calendars, meeting materials, and team communications.
• Assist in executing the communications strategy, which includes documents, publications, website creation and design, as well as social media management.
• Edit and proofread written content.
• Organize and plan field activities, meetings, events, learning sessions, presentations, conferences, and site visits.
• Secure venues, prepare materials, coordinate speakers, arrange on-site staffing, manage travel logistics, and ensure documentation and follow-up.
• Participate in conferences and events across California to share information and materials.
• Assist and occasionally lead conference workshop presentations.
• At least two years of relevant experience in office management, project management, coordination, customer service, or similar roles.
• Some background in providing executive-level assistance.
• Familiarity with or experience in afterschool programming, education, and/or youth development sectors.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, including planning, project management, and task facilitation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Google Documents, Spreadsheets, and Presentations.
• Must be a resident of California.
• Preference for candidates located in Southern California.
• Approximately 20–25% travel required.
