This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the Behavioral Health clinical teams.
• Coordinate various initiatives, monitor progress, and establish timelines for assigned tasks.
• Arrange appointments for recipients with clinical personnel and support teams.
• Organize and maintain cases within workflow management systems.
• Assist recipients and partners via phone and email by responding to inquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Execute complex data entry and manage data within clinical and claims systems.
• Organize and sustain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
• Ensure that records and sensitive business information are developed, managed, stored, retrieved, and archived in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain documents, reports, templates, and tracking tools.
• Facilitate documentation requests and ensure timely acquisition of necessary records.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of administrative processes and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and pertinent experience.
• At least four (4) years of progressive and relevant administrative support experience.
• Preferred experience in a Behavioral Health or clinical healthcare environment.
• Dependable internet access and a home-based workspace that is free from significant distractions.
• Regular use of computers, phones, and virtual communication platforms.
• Capability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Certain positions may necessitate a valid driver’s license and adherence to driving eligibility criteria.
