Program Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main compliance liaison for strategic alliances, clients, and agencies.

• Offer guidance and support on compliance best practices.

• Gain expertise in impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product.

• Oversee the compliance workstream for a significant strategic partnership, which includes the migration and launch of major brands.

• Collaborate with client success, product/engineering, and operations teams to provide compliance services.

• Serve as a program compliance subject matter expert both internally and externally.

• Assist senior team members with strategic projects and initiatives.

• Create and present materials on compliance topics.

• Monitor and manage compliance processes for designated accounts.

• Ensure precise documentation and prompt resolution of compliance cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service and support within a software application product environment.

• 2+ years of experience in project management.

• 1+ years of experience in compliance investigations, particularly in the performance marketing sector.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field is advantageous).

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Strong professional communication skills.

• Capability to multitask effectively under pressure.

• A team player who can also work independently and motivate self.

• Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA is a plus.
