📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic communications aimed at building and maintaining partnerships with corporations, foundations, gift-in-kind (GIK) partners, and individual supporters.

• Convert program outcomes into engaging proposals, reports, presentations, and content that attract funding.

• Support ministry activities and contribute to OB’s Biblical mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, or 2-4 years of equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and experience in project management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong computer proficiency, with expertise in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms is preferred.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive communications.

• Experience in crafting proposals, reports, stewardship communications, and materials intended for donors.
