Program & Certification Manager, MSC/ASC CoC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Implementation of the SGS MSC CoC certification system at both global and local levels.

• Developing and executing procedures to support the local application of the SGS certification system.

• Coordinating and participating in functions within the management system, including internal audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement.

• Organizing and/or providing training, approval, development, and monitoring of auditors.

• Maintaining appropriate contact with the MSC.

• Drafting and maintaining (internal) cooperation agreements.

• Planning and requesting Level-2 audits by SGS MSC/ASC offices, reviewing audit reports, and conducting annual evaluations of Level-2 audits.

• Preserving global accreditation.

• Reviewing audit packages and making certification decisions after approval.

• Supervision of subcontractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO education.

• 1-2 years of experience as an Auditor.

• Knowledge of the audit and certification process.

• Understanding of the international fisheries sector and developments within the fishing industry.

• Competencies: judgment, integrity, communication.

• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
