This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive editorial calendar spanning email, website, and social media platforms.
• Create, refine, and distribute compelling content tailored for both member and public audiences, including the weekly Top 5 and marketing efforts for NNPHI convenings, benefits, and funding opportunities.
• Assist in managing NNPHI's Mailchimp and Salesforce contact lists. Handle website inquiries and ensure smooth contact management between the website, Mailchimp, and Salesforce.
• Write and revise content for websites and social media channels.
• Aid in the daily upkeep of NNPHI’s digital platforms.
• Establish and nurture relationships with communications professionals throughout NNPHI’s network.
• Analyze communications performance and suggest enhancements.
• Maintain and optimize membership data across Salesforce and SharePoint platforms.
• Monitor member engagement, trends, and participation in various programs and services.
• Generate straightforward dashboards and reports to guide decision-making.
• Segment member audiences to facilitate targeted outreach and services.
• Coordinate the delivery of member benefits, including events, resources, and communications.
• Act as a primary contact for member inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in the annual member investment campaign, which includes collateral development, management of member revenue data, and invoicing.
• Support the logistics and speakers for the NNPHI Annual Conference.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in nonprofit, public health, membership organizations, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Experience with CRM and/or membership management platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Background in supporting membership programs, networks, or associations.
• Experience in providing coordination support for programs, including notetaking, meeting scheduling, research coordination, and report development.
• Skills in photo editing, video editing, and/or graphic design are a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in email and phone interactions.
• Strong writing abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and responding to various demands simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners and constituents, functioning as a productive team member.
