This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the daily execution of Career Pathways initiatives across both nations.
• Aid in the operational implementation of initiatives by coordinating activities among cross-functional teams.
• Support Implementation Leads in nurturing relationships with ecosystem partners through effective logistical coordination.
• Gather insights, risks, and lessons learned at the implementation level; ensure documentation is well-organized.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in coordinating administrative tasks and/or events; preference given to those with experience in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement, or economic development.
• Personal or educational insight into the opportunities and challenges faced by immigrant and refugee communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with a proven capacity for planning, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented when planning and executing tasks.
• Proficient in technology tools, including the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive), Salesforce, or other CRM systems.
