This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for operational tasks, ensuring proactive communication with all involved parties.
• Support customer-centric initiatives by upholding program standards, documentation, and processes.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and clients to gain a deeper understanding of their objectives and needs.
• Aid in the implementation of standardized processes and tools to guarantee consistency and alignment across various locations.
• Maintain and revise program playbooks to document workflows and customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure adherence to customer standards, industry regulations, and best practices established by the company.
• Oversee the logistics of customer interactions, ensuring the seamless delivery of Convergint services.
• Track program metrics and generate reports for both internal and customer-facing assessments.
• Assist in addressing operational challenges and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and implement solutions to improve service delivery.
• Support the roll-out of new services or geographic capabilities to fulfill customer demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in program/project coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Basic knowledge of program/project management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with various organizational levels.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and report data effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate across departments.
• Basic financial awareness concerning program budgets and costs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow management tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with network and low-voltage building systems is preferred.
• Professional experience in sectors such as electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation is preferred.
