
Program Analyst, Incentive Operations – US Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and manage data related to incentive programs, ensuring accurate tracking of eligibility, deals, and achievement levels.
• Set up and configure incentive programs within management platforms in accordance with established program criteria.
• Conduct detailed data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and manual data manipulation from various sources before system uploads.
• Ensure continuous data integrity across Salesforce, incentive platforms, and associated operational spreadsheets.
• Create regular reports and dashboards utilizing Excel and Power BI.
• Assist internal stakeholders and external partners with inquiries pertaining to program participation, achievements, and payments.
• Examine and resolve discrepancies in program data, payouts, and system outputs in partnership with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Aid in tracking enrollments, executing bulk data uploads, preparing payouts, and validating payments.
• Develop and sustain process documentation and audit trails that support manual data transformations and operational activities.
• Detect data anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers and Partner Care teams to ensure the effective execution of global incentive programs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, program administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, formula troubleshooting, conditional logic, and handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce.
• Experience in working with substantial datasets and operational systems.
• Proven ability to validate, reconcile, and analyze data with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and expertise in root cause investigation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.
