This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Assist in organizing DAWA data collection sessions and coordinating logistics with VA site stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Support DAWA user management tasks, such as access requests, onboarding, account tracking, and maintenance of site rosters.
• Coordinate and monitor site SMEs involved in DAWA orientation sessions and readiness initiatives.
• Participate in DAWA sessions to facilitate meeting coordination, take notes, track action items, and provide follow-up assistance.
• Manage DAWA documentation, including process guides, checklists, training materials, and collaboration sites.
• Oversee and respond to inquiries within DAWA communication channels to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Analyze DAWA session recordings and record key insights, lessons learned, and frequently asked questions.
• Provide administrative assistance for weekly meetings, training sessions, site transition activities, and program coordination efforts.
• Collaborate with program leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure DAWA activities align with EHRM implementation milestones and site cutover schedules.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support team goals and ensure project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting federal healthcare IT, program management, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience in coordinating schedules, meetings, training sessions, and activities among various stakeholder groups.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience in tracking action items, risks, issues, and project deliverables within a structured framework.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
