Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee integrated trackers for deliverables, milestones, implementation phases, dependencies, actions, decisions, and review feedback.

• Assist in schedule analysis and pinpoint potential impacts on delivery due to access, approvals, system readiness, testing windows, or third-party dependencies.

• Generate regular status summaries and data requests utilizing validated information from technical workstreams.

• Monitor deliverable submissions, government review timelines, comment resolutions, and acceptance statuses.

• Facilitate quantitative analysis of implementation throughput, maturity assessment intervals, and artifact completion.

• Maintain orderly repositories and ensure traceability between SOW requirements, work products, and delivery progress.

• Aid in the implementation of security features, assess technical solutions, uphold cybersecurity tools, and assist operational teams in converting security architecture into repeatable practices.

• Collaborate closely with vulnerability management, incident response, RMF, and ISSO teams to enhance operational risk mitigation and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of three years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, or technical delivery support.

• Proven experience in tracking schedules, risks, actions, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Proficient in Excel, reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Capability to work effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting Federal cybersecurity initiatives.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of Zero Trust principles or enterprise security modernization.

• CAPM, PMP, or Security+ certification is preferred.
