This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the implementation and management of energy efficiency programs.
• Handle product logistics, which includes ordering, shipping, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
• Monitor program metrics, execute calculations, and create reports to further program aims.
• Manage invoicing, keep thorough documentation, and offer administrative assistance.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure the success of programs.
• Conduct research to support new program initiatives and identify funding opportunities.
• Adjust to changing priorities and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
• Occasionally travel for community engagements, meetings, or training sessions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, operations, energy efficiency, analytics, administration, or a related domain.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
• Post-secondary education in business, sustainability, environmental studies, energy management, a technical discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing data, reporting, logistics, contractors, suppliers, or program delivery operations.
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Background in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the energy landscape of Newfoundland and Labrador is beneficial.
• Experience working with Indigenous communities or Indigenous-led projects is a significant advantage.
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have authorization to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship or assistance.
• Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment background checks.
• If applicable, must meet all qualifications, licensing, medical, and compliance standards for commercial drivers as per provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and federal regulations for extra-provincial operations.
