This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Administration and support for Windows clients and servers.
• Assistance for users, end devices, printers, and standard IT workstations.
• Engagement in the support of network, firewall, VPN, and security issues.
• Help with backup, recovery, and restoration processes.
• Analysis and resolution of faults, incidents, and performance challenges.
• Assistance with rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Involvement in the support and technical assistance for systems within the INTEGRA® environment.
• Support at the intersections between infrastructure, business units, and ERP-related applications.
• Development, maintenance, and enhancement of technical documentation, operational manuals, and instructions.
• Responsibility for clearly defined areas, including deputy arrangements.
• Close collaboration with colleagues, internal business units, and related teams.
• Completed training in the IT field, such as an IT specialist for system integration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, several years of hands-on experience in system administration or technical IT operations.
• Strong knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, basic networking, firewalls / VPN, backup & recovery, and printer and client management.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working approach.
• Enjoyment in not only resolving technical issues but also thoroughly documenting them.
• A team player with a sense of responsibility and a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Sophos, security, or firewall topics is a plus.
• Knowledge in SQL Server, performance, or recovery is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP-related systems or operating in business-critical system landscapes.
• Exposure to INTEGRA® or similar ERP environments.
• Experience in producing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Understanding of standardized IT operational processes and delegation/coverage concepts.
