Professional Services Specialist – Dedicated Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary on-site technical authority for a key enterprise account.

• Guarantee the ongoing operation, upkeep, and successful enhancement of the client's Video Security & Access Control systems.

• Carry out on-site installation, setup, and maintenance of Avigilon Unity Video and Access Control platforms.

• Oversee the planning and implementation of extensive system upgrades.

• Execute site evaluations, system certifications, and acceptance testing protocols.

• Diagnose technical problems and lead incident resolution alongside support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent field experience in a Video Management System (VMS) and Access Control (ACM) setting.

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.

• In-depth knowledge of networking and system architecture.

• Proven experience in large-scale, multi-site, or mission-critical settings.

• Familiarity with Physical Security VMS, DVR, NVR, Cameras, Encoders, PoE, POS, Access Control, and intrusion systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
