This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in the implementation, integration, and migration for customers.
• Serve as a technical escalation resource for colleagues.
• Mentor and guide engineers on both technical and client-facing competencies.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
• Oversee performance assessments and development planning.
• Collaborate across various functions including PM, TAM, and technical teams.
• Manage customer escalations and facilitate critical discussions.
• A minimum of 2 years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery within a security vendor, along with SOC/IR experience, federal Cyber Protection Team experience, or a combination of these backgrounds.
• At least 1 year of experience in mentoring or leading engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver intricate customer solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in client-facing scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience working within Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and familiarity with Incident Response (IR) protocols and procedures.
• A solid understanding of contemporary cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.
• Capability to rapidly comprehend complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly in both verbal and written formats, including the creation of supporting network diagrams or illustrations when needed.
