This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The ‘Go-to-Market’ division within UiPath’s Professional Services team is tasked with enhancing the marketing and sales of UiPath's service offerings to both internal and external clients.
• The GTM team collaborates closely with UiPath’s software sales department to deliver service proposals, define service offerings, assist in contract finalization, and engage in solution delivery to foster business growth.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the UiPath product suite.
• Stay informed about the latest product offerings and capabilities.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and develop narratives around "Why UiPath Services."
• Sustain a robust comprehension of UiPath Services Packages and Offerings.
• Collaborate with product GTM, sales, and other customer-facing teams early in the sales process to promote UiPath’s service offerings to clients.
• Assist in the creation of service packages and other materials aimed at attracting new accounts and market segments, including both Time & Materials contracts and Fixed Fee contracts.
• Establish priorities, define scope, outline resource and cost requirements, and create proposals for program/product implementation services.
• Aid the customer's economic decision-maker in formulating a business case for purchasing UiPath’s services by participating in process analysis to illustrate automation ROI.
• Partner with account teams and GTM partners to define scope, contract, and onboard partner delivery teams.
• Collaborate with account teams to promote partner offerings and capabilities on the UiPath platform.
• You will assist in aligning UiPath's service offerings and experience with the business needs of the Financial Industry.
• You will provide support to the Financial Industry account, marketing, and GTM teams to align service offerings with the broader GTM vision within the Financial sector.
• 5+ years of professional experience, mainly focused on customer-facing roles and service sales.
• 5+ years of experience in software sales, particularly in enterprise software sales involving large implementations and service offerings.
• 5+ years of sales engineering experience, collaborating with customers to define and position the appropriate offering.
• Strong understanding of the role and significance of a professional services organization within an Enterprise Software company.
• Experience in developing and selling repeatable offerings, evaluating outcomes, and refining offerings based on feedback.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and build networks within the Go-To-Market organization.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Agentic, and/or automation technologies and their business implications.
