Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute customer projects that focus on Impress and e-Services solutions.

• Configure and modify solutions for document processing, output management, and digital workflows.

• Take charge of project delivery and, when applicable, lead implementation initiatives.

• Provide first and second level support for current customers.

• Train and onboard customers, both remotely and on-site.

• Serve as a technical expert for internal teams, including Business Consulting, Sales, and Presales.

• Assist in presales activities by offering technical insights during discussions with customers.

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in IT, software implementation, or system integration (degree or equivalent experience).

• Experience in fields such as software implementation, system administration, development, or platform delivery.

• Interest or experience in document processing, output management, or digital communication solutions.

• Familiarity with EDI standards and formats (XML, EDIFACT, XRechnung, etc.) is advantageous.

• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Java, .NET, RegEx).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
