Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute implementation or consulting projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

• Offer clients guidance and mentorship for effective workflow planning.

• Promote the adoption of best practices to enhance customer return on investment.

• Provide contracted onsite and remote services for clients.

• Conduct implementations and upgrades while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of departmental procedures and guidelines.

• Facilitate training for clients as part of the overall implementation and upgrade process.

• Travel to client locations to install Clinisys software products.

• Maintain a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with and mentor other Professional Services Consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Over 3 years of experience in a scientific laboratory setting.

• 5 years of experience with laboratory information management systems or Clinisys software products, including at least one year working with Clinisys applications.

• More than 1 year of experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, etc.

• At least 1 year of experience in a consulting or implementation role.

• Familiarity with or experience using AI tools, such as Co-Pilot, to enhance processes and communication.
