Professional Services Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and implement scalable integration solutions for both cloud and on-premise environments. Ensure that integrations are scalable, maintainable, and comply with best practices.

• Lead the process of gathering requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, manage client expectations, and deliver product demonstrations and training.

• Provide product training to clients both onsite and remotely. Update training materials as new features are introduced and customer needs change.

• Identify and resolve complex integration challenges, conducting root-cause analysis as necessary.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment on timelines, scope, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Produce technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and training resources, contributing to product enhancements based on customer feedback and new platform features.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices. Share insights and lessons learned with the team to foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of cumulative professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience with Java-based applications.

• At least 2 years in an architectural or technical consulting role focused on integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

• Proficient in AWS (RDS, SQS, SNS) or GCP; experience with integration platforms such as SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Talend, TIBCO Informatica, etc.

• Functional knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Java.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP), asynchronous architecture, and SaaS environments.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Outstanding customer-facing skills with a confident, professional, and friendly demeanor.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
