This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a significant volume of client service requests and administrative duties while adhering to established service level standards.
• Coordinate and monitor Chapter 7 bankruptcy case activities, administrative responsibilities, and service deliverables until case closure.
• Act as the primary contact for trustees, attorneys, debtors, creditors, and clients.
• Evaluate bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, claims, court filings, and supporting documents.
• Assist with asset evaluation, claims management, notifications, distributions, reconciliations, and case finalization.
• Analyze information related to bankruptcy cases and support engagements with trustees and clients.
• Track court deadlines, meeting schedules, claims bar dates, distribution timelines, and case milestones.
• Aid clients with professional service needs and complex bankruptcy-related challenges.
• Prepare and maintain case records, reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
• Assist with service estimates, pricing details, invoices, and billing documentation.
• Keep records of client interactions, project status, and completed tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on case administration, procedural adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Generate reports, oversee workloads, and provide updates on service activities, case statuses, and productivity metrics.
• Identify process enhancements to reduce risks, boost efficiency, improve service quality, and strengthen operational performance.
• Engage in training, team meetings, and continual professional development activities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years in Chapter 7 bankruptcy administration is required.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures, including court filings, claims management and objections, asset administration, distributions, case closure, trustee operations, and case management workflows.
• Experience in reviewing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, court dockets, and filings.
• Preferred experience supporting bankruptcy trustees, law firms, financial institutions, or bankruptcy service providers.
• Familiarity with PACER, bankruptcy court procedures, claims management systems, and bankruptcy case management software.
• Experience in asset liquidation support, distribution and reconciliation processes, notices and certificates of service, and scheduling and administering 341 meetings.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred experience with case management, ticketing, CRM, workflow, or related business systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana testing.
• Must fulfill U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements.
