This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, branch networks, and job candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategic goals and hiring requirements.
• Develop a recruitment strategy aimed at attracting top candidates for the client's available positions.
• Thoroughly evaluate candidates for the client's job openings.
• Present shortlisted candidates along with detailed profile summaries.
• Facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring that qualifications align with the expectations and requirements of the position.
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate skills, personality traits, and job search criteria.
• Debrief both clients and candidates after interviews to assess the compatibility between both parties.
• Negotiate offer terms between both parties and establish timelines for resignation and starting dates.
• Manage job postings across all job boards, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Proactively source candidates for all assigned open roles.
• Identify potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to create new business opportunities.
• Promote pipeline candidates to prospective clients.
• Maintain updated records for client and candidate files.
• Responsible for providing accurate reporting on KPIs and tracking candidates/orders for management.
• Document all aspects of business development and client communication activities in our ATS and CRM systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in direct hire recruiting within industrial and business professional sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• 2-4 years of experience in consultative selling to potential clients.
• Previous experience in organized sports, military, or similarly structured competitive environments.
• Capability to work independently and stay focused in a remote position.
• Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical approach.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a PRC designation would be beneficial.
• Proficient in using recruiting tools (ATS, Microsoft Teams, Calendly, boolean) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to consistently meet KPIs related to recruiting activities.
