This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Provide virtual or onsite professional development and training to enhance the effective utilization of Seesaw.
• Collaborate with administrators via Google Meet or phone calls to strategize professional development sessions (both virtual and onsite).
• Make outbound calls to customers to assist in scheduling their professional development sessions.
• Review your calendar, Slack, and email each day for updates from the team and/or booked sessions.
• Keep pre and post-session documentation and notes organized in designated systems, including sending follow-up resources to customers via email.
• Adapt content to satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest Seesaw features and any necessary support resources for customers.
• Promptly address any customer issues that arise, ensuring swift resolution and communication back to the customer as needed.
• A minimum of 3 years of elementary teaching experience.
• Outstanding presentation skills with a vibrant personality.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule when customer demands necessitate it (including evenings, early mornings, and weekends) - must not hold a full-time job elsewhere.
• A high degree of flexibility is essential.
