This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Execute thorough forensic investigations into structural failures, collapses, and construction defects.
β’ Conduct site inspections and collect pertinent data to facilitate forensic assessments.
β’ Apply engineering principles and practices to evaluate and analyze structural challenges.
β’ Develop clear and succinct technical reports that detail findings and conclusions.
β’ Offer expert testimony in legal matters when necessary.
β’ Remain updated on industry trends, codes, and standards relevant to structural engineering.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
β’ Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
β’ Experience providing expert testimony in legal cases is advantageous.
