Professional Engineer – Structural Forensics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Carry out comprehensive forensic investigations of structural failures, collapses, and construction defects.

• Conduct site evaluations and collect pertinent data to facilitate forensic assessments.

• Apply engineering principles and methodologies to evaluate and address structural challenges.

• Develop clear and concise technical reports that detail findings and conclusions.

• Offer expert testimony in legal matters as necessary.

• Remain informed about industry trends, regulations, and standards related to structural engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience providing expert testimony in legal settings is advantageous.
