Professional Engineer – Civil/Structural – Forensic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive forensic investigations related to structural failures, collapses, and construction defects.

• Conduct site inspections and collect pertinent data to facilitate forensic analysis.

• Apply engineering principles and methodologies to evaluate and address structural concerns.

• Develop clear and succinct technical reports that detail findings and conclusions.

• Offer expert testimony in legal matters when necessary.

• Remain updated on industry trends, codes, and standards pertinent to structural engineering.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Louisiana (licensure in other states is advantageous!).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Experience providing expert testimony in legal situations is a plus.
