Product/Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee software development initiatives from the initial discovery phase to final delivery.

• Take responsibility for the success of assigned projects and ensure customer value is delivered.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and maintain open lines of communication.

• Manage the product backlog, craft user stories, prioritize tasks, and estimate work in collaboration with developers and tech leads.

• Convert client requirements into product specifications and coordinate engineering teams on high-priority features.

• Establish product strategies, roadmaps, and project timelines.

• Facilitate product discovery workshops and translate client requirements into actionable development tasks.

• Provide management with regular status updates.

• Analyze performance data, recognize risks, and eliminate obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product or Project Management roles within the software sector.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.

• Ability to transition smoothly between overarching product vision and detailed project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• General understanding of software development, with the capacity to engage in technical discussions with developers.

• Proactive utilization of AI tools in everyday tasks.

• Availability and dedication to a full-time commitment.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Expertise in Jira for task management and story creation.

• Experience in leveraging data and analytics tools to validate assumptions and monitor team and project performance metrics.

• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification or similar credentials, along with product design and coding experience, are advantageous.
