📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly confident and motivated individual with prior operational experience in the hospitality sector.

• This role will collaborate with our Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success teams throughout every phase of the customer life cycle, delivering Solution and Industry-based knowledge and expertise.

• You will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Fourth’s Customers, providing guidance on how to optimize their return by utilizing Fourth’s scheduling tools.

• The position requires site visits to customer locations across the US, necessitating flexible working hours.

• You will foster strong relationships and serve as an ambassador for the company and its products, advising on best practices while sharing industry insights and expertise.

• Gathering and organizing necessary information and data will be essential to enable the creation of demand metrics within the various Scheduling solutions.

• You will deliver a prepared solution that includes scheduling metrics as part of the implementation process.

• Ensuring that all qualified sales opportunities receive support throughout the sales cycle is a key responsibility.

• You will aid in the successful implementation of the Scheduling solutions through customer engagement sessions, training, and ongoing support.

• Your goal will be to maximize user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers.

• Operational experience within the industry.

• Proven experience in consulting with Customers and resolving issues through innovative technical solutions.

• A balanced and observant approach, with the ability to identify and tactfully communicate productivity opportunities to our customers.

• Capability to quickly grasp customer requirements and design appropriate solutions, drawing from relevant experience and best practices.

• Outstanding presentation, solution demonstration, training, and meeting facilitation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Possess emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
