Production Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all facets of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

• Create and execute production plans and strategies to achieve production goals and fulfill customer needs.

• Track production metrics and performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement and take corrective measures.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient production operations.

• Lead and train production personnel, offering guidance and support to maintain a high performance level.

• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards and regulations.

• Regularly assess and enhance production processes to boost efficiency and minimize costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in production management, ideally within a manufacturing setting.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with production processes and techniques.

• Understanding of safety and quality standards and regulations.

• Proven success in driving results and achieving production objectives.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other production-related software.
