Production Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Promote the integration of AI within the Production team.

• Collaborate and consult closely with Enterprise clients.

• Oversee the implementation of processes to fulfill customer needs.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients.

• Define new services and prepare pricing proposals.

• Deliver local support for direct customer interactions.

• Manage complex remediation projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate across departments to create AI agents.

• Remove inefficiencies and improve quality in Production processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in managing Enterprise-level localization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, or Linguistics.

• Exceptional communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient in analytical thinking and organized problem-solving.

• Capable of meeting deadlines and thriving under pressure.
