Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Organize and prepare auction listings by arranging seller-submitted information and images according to Bring a Trailer standards.

• Collaborate with sellers and internal teams to integrate updates, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of listings.

• Act as the main point of contact for sellers throughout the pre-auction process, providing prompt and professional communication.

• Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and responding to concerns with empathy.

• Oversee and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings at varying stages to achieve daily production targets.

• Monitor listings within internal systems and serve as the subject matter expert on each listing's history.

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a seamless transition from listing creation to auction launch.

• Participate in special projects and process enhancements as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong writing and editing capabilities, with a talent for presenting detailed information in a clear and accurate manner.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a customer-first approach and maintaining a professional, approachable communication style.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and to establish trust with stakeholders.

• Problem-solving approach with the capacity to navigate challenges independently while knowing when to escalate issues.

• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus.

• Adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting the evolving needs of the team and business.
