This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the production workflow from the point of post-estimate approval to final delivery.
• Handle multiple projects at once while prioritizing tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
• Act as the primary liaison for vendor and supplier communications related to specific projects.
• Maintain communication, document updates in Wrike and Slack, and keep Creative Partners updated on project progress.
• Distribute art proofs to clients, gather feedback, and relay revisions to the design team until final approval is achieved.
• Create and submit precise purchase orders while confirming order details with suppliers.
• Track purchase orders, monitor production progress, schedules, and important milestones.
• Review supplier invoices, process payments, and keep comprehensive records.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and hold suppliers accountable to uphold project margins.
• Utilize Brilliant’s internal tools and technologies to facilitate project execution and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Design, Client Success, Operations, and Fulfillment teams.
• Identify and manage delays, inventory challenges, and other exceptions with proactive solutions.
• Enhance bandwidth, resources, and workflows for effective project execution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, production coordination, or a related logistics and production role.
• Prior experience with creative agencies or corporate gifting is preferred.
• Capability to work under tight deadlines while meeting customer expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Technical proficiency with software applications and a quick learner of new systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike or Asana.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ZenDesk, Intercom, or Front.
• Ability to oversee large projects and coordinate efforts across various departments.
