This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and manage various projects related to content production, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, and technology initiatives.
• Maintain project schedules, task lists, meeting notes, and action items across different teams.
• Follow up with internal team members, contractors, creators, and external partners to ensure that deliverables remain on schedule.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively assist in resolving issues before they affect project timelines.
• Keep leadership updated on project status, priorities, risks, and any outstanding requirements.
• Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and distribute summaries and action items accordingly.
• Provide support to executives with scheduling, coordination, research, and project follow-through.
• Help organize priorities and maintain visibility across various company initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between departments, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Act as a professional point of contact for creators, partners, vendors, and collaborators.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up communications to ensure projects maintain their momentum.
• Represent the company in a professional manner through both written and verbal communication.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations, or executive support.
• Strong English communication skills (C1/C2), both in writing and speaking.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with remote teams across various functions.
• Experience in the entertainment, animation, film, gaming, creator economy, comics, anime, social media, or digital media sectors (Highly Preferred).
• Familiarity with working alongside remote teams, contractors, and external partners (Highly Preferred).
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms (Highly Preferred).
• Understanding of social media, creator management, and digital marketing workflows (Highly Preferred).
