This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for leading RICOH's growth and market expansion within designated geographic territories and accounts by creating a focused customer strategy that encompasses customer segmentation, awareness initiatives, and relationship building.
• Secure new business by aligning customer objectives and goals with Ricoh's Solutions portfolio, which includes both hardware and services.
• Formulate strategies to explore ZBA (zero base account) opportunities, including reference selling.
• Manage, protect, and develop the territory's customer base by analyzing and crafting solutions for both new and existing business communication needs. Support strategies, products, and equipment within the assigned territory.
• Acquire and expand the client base by offering additional solutions and services within new base accounts.
• Achieve or surpass gross profit targets within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and deliver benchmark demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions for account assignments, utilizing product and/or technical resources as necessary.
• Retain and expand the current client base by selling additional solutions and services within existing accounts and fostering customer satisfaction.
• As the Account Manager, take responsibility for resolving any ongoing issues within assigned accounts, leveraging local, regional, and national resources as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all account activities using Ricoh's sales database and CRM tool, serving as the primary contact for clients in the creation and upkeep of accurate sales documentation.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of business-to-business sales experience, including two years in advanced selling roles.
• At least two (2) years of experience in Digital Printing and Solutions sales.
• A preferred minimum of 5-7 years of proven success in capital equipment sales within the Digital Printing Solutions and/or Graphic Communications Industry.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business markets and opportunities.
• Extensive knowledge of the graphics arts, print-for-pay, and commercial print sectors.
• In-depth understanding of technology, connectivity, and the sales of complex solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and self-motivational abilities.
• Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated capacity to build and nurture key relationships with individuals outside of sales to develop successful account strategies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at various levels within an account, including Financial, Technical, and Senior Management.
• Competence in managing the order, delivery, and implementation processes successfully.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
