This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain and Finance, on the S&OP process to guarantee timely and complete product delivery to end customers.
β’ Create and sustain production schedules based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
β’ Plan and issue purchase orders, build instructions, and drop ship requirements to suppliers in order to satisfy customer demand and maintain buffer stocks.
β’ Supervise work-in-progress (WIP), inventory levels, and lead times for all materials, including substrates, lead frames, and purchased known-good-die, to avert shortages or excess stock while optimizing on-time delivery (OTD) to customers.
β’ In situations with limited supply, collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure any schedule modifications or delays are managed effectively.
β’ Assist with new product launches by organizing trial runs and ramp-up schedules.
β’ Prepare and confirm shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
β’ Monitor and report key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and capacity allocation achievement rates.
β’ 1-2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
β’ Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Foundry, Assembly, and Test flow.
β’ Proficient in English communication (TOEIC score above 700 or equivalent certification).
β’ Good knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
β’ Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP.
