This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of production and supply strategies for finished goods, packaging, and ingredients in the U.S. market.
• Collaborate with co-packers and manufacturing partners to monitor production timelines, order statuses, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee inventory levels across warehouses, co-packing facilities, and distribution centers; raise alerts for potential shortages or delays.
• Generate and manage purchase orders for packaging, ingredients, and finished goods as necessary.
• Keep precise records of production schedules, stock movements, inbound deliveries, and inventory information within Unleashed or relevant systems.
• Aid in managing product availability by supporting replenishment efforts and inventory transfers among locations.
• Work with logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring deliveries align with production schedules.
• Assist in the launch of new products, packaging updates, and promotional activities by coordinating timelines, inventory readiness, and production needs.
• Identify operational risks such as delays in materials, transportation issues, or production constraints, and communicate these to the Supply Planner or the broader team.
• Prepare and maintain reports regarding inventory status, production performance, stock availability, and service levels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by pinpointing process inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, or operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure all master data, BOMs, and production-related information are accurately maintained within company systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, supply chain, inventory control, or logistics support, ideally in FMCG/CPG, beverages, or consumer goods.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems such as Unleashed, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management principles including stock levels, lead times, and replenishment processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, co-packers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
