This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Oversee and administer the daily operations of a Production Center focused on title production processes.
• Manage production workflows and personnel both domestically and internationally.
• Establish and implement both short-term and long-term objectives and goals.
• Utilize technical expertise in process workflow and FAST/electronic imaging systems.
• Achieve business segment targets, evaluate team and management performance, oversee appraisals, salary management, incentives, corrective measures, and recruitment of capable lead candidates.
• Relay updates on production changes, enhancements to processes, and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Executive Regional Production Director to formulate strategic plans.
• Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities among teams through effective goal setting and communication.
• Facilitate problem-solving initiatives and make informed operational decisions.
• Enhance product quality, manage costs, and improve service levels related to customer cycle times.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Financial Organization and ERPD to optimize unit cost efficiency.
• Conduct analysis on monthly profit and loss and unit cost metrics.
• Recruit, train, and mentor subordinate staff.
• Offer constructive feedback, delegate responsibilities, and recognize training requirements.
• Travel to customer locations as necessary.
• Encourage cross-training and boost outsourcing volumes with global operations.
• Contribute insights on operational strategies and business initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in title production.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Uphold integrity and honesty, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Consistently meet deadlines and drive towards achieving results.
• Strong skills in customer service.
• Capable of multitasking within a dynamic production setting.
• Effective interpersonal skills; experience with offshore teams is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Competent in using FAST and Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with process workflows and electronic imaging databases such as DATATREE and DATATRACE.
