Production Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in ongoing litigation by reviewing, approving, and managing the flow of legal documents and case activities within a high-volume portfolio.

• Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and firm management.

• Review and either sign/file or reject legal pleadings, papers, motions, defaults, garnishments, discovery, and other documents in support of active litigation cases.

• Analyze litigation case files, dockets, and pleadings to determine the necessary course of action.

• Utilize internal proprietary software to accurately update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory.

• Work efficiently to meet or exceed production expectations.

• Adhere to all client and firm standard operating procedures.

• Evaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and provide strategic legal advice.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Admission to practice law in the state of Arizona.

• Multiple state bar licenses and/or the willingness to obtain additional bar licenses as requested by the firm.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly motivated self-starter.

• Eagerness to learn new concepts.

• Ability to manage and prioritize a substantial caseload.

• Capable of communicating effectively in a common language with individuals or groups, both verbally and in writing.

• Proficient in operating a computer, phone, or equivalent device.

• Able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule.

• Competent in reading and comprehending position-specific documents and correspondence.
