Production Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide essential pre-production and overall support on the day of the show to the Production Manager, Back of House team, Venues, and Touring Personnel.

• Responsible for various errands and tasks associated with talent and show production.

• Assist with the creation of the day of show parking list, show credentials, and guest list.

• Generate necessary documents for the day of the show (e.g., meal tickets, sign-in sheets, back of house signage).

• Oversee on-site Runners.

• Help with petty cash distribution and reconciliation as needed.

• Possess knowledge of the region to accurately locate restaurants, stores, music shops, area attractions, and services for touring personnel.

• Assist with artist and tour needs and requests.

• Ensure backstage areas are tidy and free of clutter.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.

• Flexible schedule with the capacity to work early mornings to late nights (including days/nights, weekends, and holidays), with long hours required.

• Calm, professional, and customer service-oriented.

• Willingness to take initiative and engage in tasks—no job is too small.

• Capability to make clear and concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.

• Must have excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a strong sense of urgency.

• Ability to remain calm in high-stress environments.

• A positive, team-oriented approach in all aspects of the role.

• High School Diploma required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs is essential.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Punctuality is crucial—being early is considered on time.

• Experience in prioritizing, time management, and multitasking.
