Product/Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of Crypto Enterprise Solutions, examining unit economics, sales funnels, and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities.

• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

• Evaluate user data, create dashboards using tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Tableau, and implement AI solutions to automate product insights.

• Collaborate closely with founders and maintain direct communication with key enterprise clients to grasp real business challenges and convert them into technical specifications.

• Engage in hackathons and industry events to discover innovative solutions and remain updated on industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product or business analytics.

• Expertise in data visualization and analytics tools.

• Strong SQL proficiency, including the capability to construct complex queries.

• A foundational understanding of Data Science and AI, with the ability to evaluate the relevance of AI for product-related tasks.

• Experience in constructing funnels and conducting cohort analyses.

• Adept at organizing large volumes of unstructured data.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in a startup environment.

• Participation in hackathons, personal pet projects, or experience in taking a product from concept to launch.
