Product Visual Design Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee visual design initiatives using Figma

• Establish optimal organization and presentation of intricate product information

• Make informed design choices and tackle challenges as they occur

• Produce high-quality final design outputs

• Independently set the pace and advance projects with minimal supervision or review

• Ensure detailed product information is user-friendly while preserving visual integrity

• Influence the overall experience through decisions on hierarchy, typography, layout, and consistency

• Collaborate with one of the world’s foremost technology innovators on design projects that are product-focused and data-intensive

• Be present at client locations as required by project needs

• During intervals between client projects, work from a Sia office or an approved coworking space at least three days each week

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Figma with a solid foundation in visual design principles

• Demonstrated success in leading digital product or interface design from the initial concept to final execution

• Experience in working autonomously, directing your own tasks, and propelling projects forward with little oversight

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in designing complex, information-dense layouts

• Portfolio showcasing hands-on design experience, preferably including tables, dashboards, comparison views, or similar product interfaces

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment

• Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location
