Product & Value Stream Leader – Contract Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Articulate and share the vision for the Contract Intelligence Value Stream, creating solutions that turn contract and document management into a significant source of efficiency, intelligence, and security for Clicksign customers.

• Motivate, align, and empower cross-functional teams that include Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, and other disciplines, promoting autonomy, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Identify the most impactful opportunities for customers and the business, defining key problems to address and ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, and value delivery.

• Foster a culture of continuous discovery by utilizing data, customer insights, market trends, and emerging technologies to guide decisions and product development.

• Lead projects that enhance the value derived from contracts and documents throughout their lifecycle, investigating emerging technologies and AI capabilities to streamline processes, assist decision-making, and boost operational efficiency.

• Ensure that developed solutions adhere to the highest standards of security, control, traceability, and compliance, thereby reinforcing customer trust in vital business operations.

• Establish strategic context and clearly communicate challenges, empowering teams with the autonomy to devise and implement optimal solutions.

• Serve as the main advocate for the Value Stream strategy, linking teams, leadership, and stakeholders around shared goals and a unified vision for the future.

• Make informed decisions regarding product evolution, guiding investments and prioritization based on their impact on customers, the business, and corporate strategy.

• Continuously refine product strategy and management processes to enhance organizational maturity and bolster Clicksign's innovative capabilities.

• Act as a mentor and coach to leaders and specialists within the Value Stream, contributing to talent development and the formation of high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional product and technology teams (Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering).

• Extensive knowledge of digital product development and agile methodologies.

• Strong strategic vision with the ability to convert that vision into actionable plans.

• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities, capable of inspiring and engaging diverse audiences.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in defining and executing high-impact product strategies.

• Enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges and delivering value to users.

• Excellent coaching and talent development capabilities.
