Product Training Manager – Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, design, and implement engaging and innovative instructor-led and eLearning programs.

• Work collaboratively with General Management, Marketing, and various departments to devise training solutions.

• Perform continuous needs assessments and utilize findings to shape the training strategy.

• Tailor training curricula specifically for various Customer Facing Roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• In-depth knowledge of products and disease states, along with relevant experience.

• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and platform skills.

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with brand strategy and tactics.

• Administrative management capabilities, including planning, organization, and operational decision-making and analysis.
